Surabhi Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of loyalty programs, marketing, and operations. Surabhi began their career as a Deputy Manager at Reliance Digital Retail Ltd., where they managed store operations, budgeting, and sales forecasting. Surabhi then worked as an Assistant Account Manager at BI WORLDWIDE, focusing on loyalty programs and client database management. Next, they joined NetCarrots Loyalty Services as a Program Manager, handling engagement management. At Elevatoz Loyalty, Surabhi served as a Manager of Client services, playing a key role in strategizing and designing loyalty programs, campaign implementation, data analytics, and team management. Currently, they hold the position of Group Head at BigCity Promotions.
