Derek Harper

Derek Harper is an experienced radio veteran currently serving as Operations Manager at Urban One, Inc., where they oversee multiple radio brands in Atlanta. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Harper previously held key positions at CBS Radio and Roberts Communications Inc., where they contributed to talent coordination and operations management. Harper is also the Music Director for several syndicated shows at Reach Media Inc. and has a strong vision for creating innovative media in the 21st century.
