Johnny Clayton

Johnny Clayton has extensive experience in the brewing industry. Johnny started their career at Wild Beer Co as a Brewer from December 2013 to January 2016. Johnny then joined Hubris Id as a Head Brewer in January 2016, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of wort production and managing cellar production. In 2018, they became the Head of Production at Big Drop Brewing Co. Throughout their career, Johnny has also worked as a Freelance Brewing Consultant, providing services such as new product development, recipe formulation, and brewing technique development for various breweries in the UK and internationally.

Johnny Clayton attended Charterhouse from 1991 to 1996, but did not receive a degree. Johnny then pursued a degree in Hospitality, Catering, and Institutional Management at the University of Plymouth from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they studied Dental Technology at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2007, although their field of study is not specified.
