James Greene

James Greene is an accomplished sports administrator with extensive experience in sport administration and communications. Currently serving as Assistant Commissioner for Sport Administration & Championships at the BIG EAST Conference since January 2014, James Greene oversees several sports, manages championship events, facilitates coaches' meetings, and maintains departmental budgets. Prior roles include Associate Director for Communications at the Patriot League, where responsibilities encompassed media relations and championship execution, as well as various positions in media and communications with organizations such as the Boston Bruins and College of the Holy Cross. James Greene holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
