Sally Hannah is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Big Fernand since August 2020, Sally oversees all aspects of the concept in London. Previously, as Operations Manager and Area Manager at Honest Burgers Ltd from February 2016 to July 2020, significant contributions were made to the expansion of the chain from its formative stages to 40 locations. Additionally, Sally's role in operations at Yumchaa Group involved expanding tea houses and retail stalls, focusing on recruitment, training, quality control, and product development from February 2015 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from February 2011 to March 2015, where key brands were successfully developed, including the opening of Browns Kingston and the launch of the Pan Asian takeaway, Tuk Cho.
