Charu Vijayvargiya

Charu Vijayvargiya has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Program Manager at United Way of Mumbai until 2007. Charu then moved on to Just Dial Pvt Ltd. and served as a Sr. HR Executive from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, Charu joined HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager for Corporate Social Responsibility. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Great Place to Work™ Institute (India) as an Associate. In 2015, Charu became a Consultant at BIG FM, where they took on roles such as Lead - Talent Management and Sr. HR Business Partner - Corporate. Currently, as of 2022, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at BIG FM. Additionally, they worked as a CSR Consultant at 63 moons technologies limited from 2016 to 2017.

Charu Vijayvargiya pursued their education starting with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed between 2000 and 2003. Later, between 2004 and 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Non Profit at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
