Tim Whalen

Founder and Creative Director at Big Foot Media

Tim Whalen has worked in the creative industry for over a decade. In 2006, they began their career as a Graphic Designer for Democratic Communications - Michigan House of Representatives, creating print materials such as brochures, posters, and handouts for the members of the Democratic House of Representatives in Michigan. In 2007, they took on the role of Creative Director at MessageMakers. In 2010, they joined Digital Wave Creative as a Graphic Designer. In 2012, they became the Creative Director at Left Brain Right Brain Productions, a video production company that enacts positive social change. That same year, they founded Big Foot Media, where they serve as the Founder and Creative Director.

Tim Whalen attended Lansing Community College from 2001 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Design. Tim also attended University of Michigan-Flint from 2001 to 2003, but did not receive a degree.
