Roger Ross

Roger Ross has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Roger currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Big G Express, Inc. Prior to this, they were the President of Ross Consulting Services, LLC.

Ross has significant experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Roger served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Paladin Capital Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing buy/sell transactions and increasing shareholder value. Roger also worked as the Executive Vice President of the Food Grade Division at Kenan Advantage Group, where they successfully integrated two companies.

In addition, Ross held multiple roles at Agri-Carriers Group, Inc., including CFO, COO, and CEO. During their tenure, they achieved significant growth for the company and successfully sold it to a strategic buyer in the industry.

Before their time at Agri-Carriers Group, Ross operated their own consulting services company. Roger provided financial and strategic guidance to various businesses. Roger also worked as the CFO and Risk Manager at Oakley Groves, Inc. & Subsidiaries, where they managed finance, accounting, and IT operations.

Ross began their career at Osburn, Henning & Company, CPA's, where they worked as an Audit and Accounting Senior Manager. Roger gained expertise in various areas such as financial statement analysis, accounting, tax services, and risk management.

Throughout their diverse career, Ross has developed strong leadership and advisory skills. Roger has worked with a range of industries, including transportation, agriculture, construction, insurance, and retail.

Roger Ross completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting at Stetson University - School of Business Administration from 1982 to 1986. Later, from 1987 to 1988, they pursued a post-baccalaureate degree in Accounting at the same institution.
