Brian Bixby

Brian Bixby, possessing multiple professional designations including CIC, CRM, AAI, AIM, ACSR, and AINS, currently serves as President of IAS at Big I Connecticut since April 2021 and holds the position of Treasurer at IMS - Independent Market Solutions, where the organization provides access to market opportunities for agents in 14 states. Bixby has extensive experience in leadership roles, having been President of IAAC at both Big I New York and Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York, as well as contributing to the National Professional Liability Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Early career highlights include managing E&O and product sales at Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York and serving as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors. Bixby holds a BS in Marketing & Management from Siena College and an AS in Liberal Arts from SUNY Canton.
