Peter Kalkowsky

Peter Kalkowsky is an entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the food industry, specializing in plant-based products and innovative culinary solutions. As Co-Founder and CEO of SHOCKEN Foods since October 2022, Peter focuses on creating high-protein, indulgent deli slices and pizza toppings. Prior to this role, Peter co-founded Veganly Deli™, where gourmet plant-based deli meats and dairy-free cheeses were produced, and served as Managing Director for both HAM - Healthy Artisan Meals and Kitchy, overseeing operations and innovative approaches in the food and hospitality sectors. With a background in community management for the Secret Sauce Conference and operations management at Sword Security Group, Peter has honed skills in event coordination, business development, and community engagement. Peter's academic foundation includes a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Wroclaw, with ongoing studies at the University of Cambridge.
