Erin Ferguson

Erin Ferguson is a Data Analyst & Developer at Big Ideas Learning, starting in May 2022. Prior to this role, Erin worked as a Customer Satisfaction Analyst at Erie Insurance Group from October 2014 to April 2022. With a Master of Science in Data Analytics from PennWest Clarion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gannon University, Erin has a strong background in both data analysis and psychology. Erin also has experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Applicant Insight from August 2005 to January 2011 and holds an A.A in General Studies from St. Petersburg College.
