David Tinsley

David Tinsley has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they began their career as the Director of Convergence Services at Spruce Technologies. In 2001, they founded Interactive Sapience Corporation (iSC), where they served as Executive Vice President. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Founder and Manager of XSLENT LLC, where they developed the Global Information Network Architecture (G.I.N.). In 2005, they co-founded Atira Technologies and in 2006 they founded XSLENT Technologies, where they served as Executive Vice President. In 2007, they became the Founder and Manager of Big Kahuna Technologies. From 2008 to 2013, they were a CRADA Research Associate and GINA Lead at the US Army. In 2013, they became a Subject Matter Expert and SATC at the Joint Interagency Task Force South. Since 2018, they have been a CRADA Research Associate and GINA Lead at The Joint Staff. Additionally, they served as the COASTS SSWG Lead at the Naval Postgraduate School from 2004 to 2005 and was the CRADA Team Lead from 2005 to 2006.

David Tinsley obtained their BA+ in Psychology from Humboldt State University between 1989 and 1993. In 2010, they obtained their Facility Security Officer certification from the Defense Security Service. In 2016, they obtained their ITPSO certification from the Defense Security Service.
