Dan Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Dan started their career in the United States Air Force as a Strategic Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Specialist from 1991 to 1995. After that, they worked at PathGuide Technologies, Inc as a Software Engineer III from 1998 to 2006. From 2006 to 2021, Dan held various positions at Language Link, including Director of Information Technology, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at BIG Language Solutions. Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Dan Nelson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Wichita State University in 1993. In 2011, they obtained the Interaction Center Certified Engineer (ICCE) version 4.0 certification from Interactive Intelligence.
