Jim Dietrich

Jim Dietrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the military and various sectors of business. As the Founder and Owner of SeaDucktion Guide Service since September 2016, Jim has successfully operated a fishing charter and duck hunting guide service. In addition, Jim serves as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Big League Movers since September 2022. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Jim served for 20 years, progressing through ranks from Private to Gunnery Sergeant, overseeing the Flightline division and acting as the Quality Assurance Chief for FRC East, which involved 4,700 personnel. Jim's military career also included leadership roles where 204 marines were led, curriculum development for V-22 program training, and instruction for new recruits, complemented by significant expertise in aircraft quality assurance.
