Aleah Stratton, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience that spans various industries. Starting in 2019, Aleah worked as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness | Washington State until December 2019. In 2020, they served as a UVU Athletics Social Media Marketing Intern at Utah Valley University. The following year, Aleah worked as a Graduate Assistant Entrepreneurial Consultant at the UVU Entrepreneurship Institute, where they assisted students in developing their business ideas and coordinated entrepreneurial events. Most recently, Aleah joined Big Leap in 2022 and has held the role of Digital Marketing Intern before being promoted to Digital Marketing Specialist II. Aleah'sresponsibilities and achievements in this role are ongoing.

Aleah Stratton, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Utah Valley University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Washington State University in 2021. In 2020, they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree from Utah Valley University.
