In 2005, they began their career as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Representative at Convergys, where they handled inbound customer service, sales, and corrected billing errors. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Store Assistant Manager at Stage Stores, where they maintained knowledge of store policies, prevented store losses, and organized sales reports. In 2013, Alamo joined Boostability, initially as a Channel Partner Account Manager, where they provided customer service, managed SEO campaigns, and assisted clients with marketing their websites. Micheal later transitioned to become an SEO Client Services Team Lead and then a Direct Premium Account Manager. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as acting as a point of contact for SEO clients, managing accounts with a monthly budget of $1600 and above, and fulfilling various tasks like account audits and content creation. Most recently, in 2021, Alamo joined Big Leap as a Client Success Executive, leveraging their expertise in client success to drive growth and achieve goals.
