Alexandra Eidens is the Founder of GrowthMinded, a membership initiative by Big Life Journal, which has gained recognition and trust from over 1 million parents, educators, and therapists globally since August 2023. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Big Life Journal since April 2017, Alexandra has contributed to the company’s reputation as a leading proponent of growth mindset education for children, with features in major media outlets including the Today Show and New York Times. Previous experience includes various roles at IBM from June 2008 to August 2016 and serving as a Guide for Social Business Entrepreneurs at The Resolution Project, which focuses on developing socially-responsible young leaders. Additionally, Alexandra has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Management Consulting from the University at Buffalo and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
