Martha Phillips

Martha Phillips is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Big Lots since July 2021, Martha previously held various positions at Staples Stores from January 2000 to July 2021, including District Manager, Market Manager, General Manager, and Sales Manager, where significant progression through departmental levels was achieved. Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
