Sara Knabe

Sara Knabe has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music industry. Sara currently holds the position of SVP, A&R at Big Loud since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the owner of Cake Maker Music from August 2022 to May 2023. Sara also served as the VP of A&R at BBR Music Group from August 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they held VP and Senior Director roles at BMG Music Publishing and BMG from 2011 to 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Director of Creative Services at Bug Music from October 2007 to October 2011 and as a Creative Director at Windswept Holdings, LLC from March 2007 to October 2007. Their earliest role was as a Creative Director at Harlan Howard Songs from June 2003 to March 2007.

Sara Knabe began their education at Southeast Missouri State University in 1999, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Sara then transferred to Belmont University in 2001 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Music Business Marketing in 2003.
