Carol McHugh is an experienced operations lead and UX researcher currently working at Big Motive since December 2014. With a certification from the Nielsen Norman Group, Carol specializes in service design, design thinking, customer journey mapping, and both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Additional roles at Big Motive include marketing and business analyst, contributing to the agency's mission of creating innovative digital products. Prior to Big Motive, Carol held various marketing positions, including marketing manager at RSC Group, marketing manager at Recruit Legal.com, marketing associate at Almac Group, and account executive at AV Browne Group. Carol holds a BSc Honours Degree in Communication, Advertising & Marketing from Ulster University, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Fashion and Textiles from NWRC.
