Marissa Backstrand

Marissa Backstrand has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Marissa began their career as a Marketing Assistant & Executive Assistant at Knowledge Infusion in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Appirio, where they worked as an Executive Assistant. In 2015, they became an Operations Manager at Bird Medical. Marissa then began freelancing and project managing at Upwork in 2016. In 2017, they began working as an Operations Manager | Account Manager at Big Mouth Marketing.

Marissa Backstrand attended the College of Saint Benedict from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Marissa also holds certifications from Google Ads, including a Display Certification obtained in May 2020, a Video Certification obtained in May 2020, and a Search Certification obtained in February 2020.
