Ana Mouradjian

Ana Mouradjian is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and team management within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Big Night Entertainment Group since February 2020, Ana oversees recruitment and training programs while addressing employee concerns. Prior roles include Human Resources Supervisor and Executive Assistant at Ocean House Management, where responsibilities ranged from team supervision to managing executive communications. Additionally, Ana has experience in recruiting and university relations at Relais & Châteaux and retail management at francesca’s®. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
