Mark Charnot

Mark Charnot has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Mark has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as a Route Salesman at Hayes Beer Distributing Co in 1995. Mark then worked at TTX Company for 12 years, where they managed the North American Distribution Network and Logistics operations. Following that, Charnot served as the Vice President of Operations at RLS Global, Inc., where they were responsible for logistics and 3PL operations.

Mark'sexperience also includes working at The Coca-Cola Company as a Distribution Center Manager, overseeing warehouse and distribution operations across multiple centers. At Nike, Charnot held the position of Director of Operations and Director of Performance Management, where they had leadership and P&L responsibility for various teams within their supply chain.

Most recently, Charnot joined Big Rock Sports as the Vice President of Supply Chain in 2018, and they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in managing large-scale operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives.
