Britney Hanna

Britney Hanna is currently an Associate Software Engineer at Big Room Studios. Britney previously worked at BioTrack from March 2019 to July 2022 as Technical Support Triage. In this role, they answered incoming client phone calls and emails and reached out to customers as necessary to coordinate technical support appointments and training times with the appropriate technicians. Britney served as the liaison between technicians and trainers and clients to ensure their issues were resolved in as efficiently as possible. Britney has a passion for software engineering and enjoys working on projects that are both challenging and rewarding.

Britney Hanna is a backend software developer who specializes in Java. Britney attended Promineo Tech for their education and holds a certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
