Jaime Cavazos

Jaime Cavazos is a seasoned educator and operations leader with extensive experience in civics education, regional operations, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Civics Education Lead at Big Shoulders Fund since September 2024, Jaime previously held the position of Director of Regional Operations & Strategy at Bottom Line from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior to that, Jaime was employed at Bishop Noll Institute as an Assistant Principal and a High School Social Studies Teacher/Department Chair over an eight-year period. Earlier career roles included Manager of Survey Set-up and Processing at Hay Group and Team Lead for the Americas Technology Delivery Team at Towers Watson, where Jaime excelled in managing project deliverables and enhancing client solutions. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Purdue University Northwest and a Master of Arts in American History from Loyola University Chicago.
