Maria Ippolito's work experience includes various roles in marketing, enrollment, and communications. Maria currently works as the Managing Director of School Marketing and Enrollment at Big Shoulders Fund. Prior to that, they had their own consulting firm, Ippolito Consulting, where they worked as an Independent Consultant. Maria also worked at the Archdiocese of Chicago as the Director of School Marketing and Communications and as an Enrollment and Marketing Consultant. Maria was also an Assistant Director of Admissions at De La Salle Institute and a Teacher and Development Director at St. Gall School, where they initiated a development program and launched a website.

Maria Ippolito earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Pennsylvania between the years 2001 and 2005. Maria further pursued their education at Northwestern University from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education and Social Policy.
