Brian Spitz has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Brian is the President and founder of Big State Home Buyers, LLC, where they lead an innovative organization focused on providing excellent experiences to distressed home sellers. Brian has successfully acquired and sold over 4,000 single-family homes through various methods. Brian has also received the Houston Top Agent award twice. Recently, Brian founded GoodDeed and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Under their leadership, GoodDeed developed the real estate industry's first web-based technology solution for residential title issues. Brian also holds two patents for predictive analytics in the field. GoodDeed provides sellers with cost-effective solutions and a streamlined process to close quickly, even with complex title issues.
