Zachary Smolen is an accomplished play-by-play broadcaster with extensive experience across numerous sports. Currently serving as a play-by-play broadcaster for Big State Sports since January 2021, Zachary also provides commentary for the New Jersey Hitmen and has held roles with the New Jersey Jackals, New Jersey Nationals Baseball, and Cowlitz Black Bears, among others. In addition to broadcasting, Zachary has experience in media relations and sports writing, having worked with organizations like Minute Media and BSE Global. A graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Radio and Television, Zachary's background includes on-air talent roles in college sports and a strong foundation in sports commentary and production.
