Vaibhav Kumar

Vaibhav K. is a skilled computer science professional with a strong background in generative AI, natural language processing, and machine learning. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Big Sur AI since June 2023, Vaibhav focuses on research, development, and deployment of AI technologies for sales. Previous experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Los Angeles, where Vaibhav supported multiple programming courses, and as an Applied Scientist Intern at Amazon, contributing to significant research in controlled text generation. Earlier positions also include data science roles at Optum and research internships at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and the Laboratory for Computational Social Systems, IIIT-Delhi, where Vaibhav worked on gender bias in language models.
