Rodger Morley has a wealth of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Starting in 2006 at Bluefrog as an Account Executive, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2011. Rodger then moved to Clemenger BBDO in 2011 as a Senior Account Manager before joining Proximity London BBDO in 2009 as an Account Manager. In 2011, they joined Kitcatt Nohr Digitas as a Senior Account Manager, managing integrated campaigns for Waitrose. In 2013, they returned to Bluefrog as an Account Director before joining Adrift Media in 2019 as a Director. In 2020, they moved to MassiveMusic as a Senior Client Director and is currently working as an Operations Director at Big Sync Music since 2022.
Rodger Morley obtained a Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing between 2007 and 2008. Prior to this, they obtained a 2:1 BA Hons in Music, Technology and Innovation from DeMontfort University, Leicester between 2001 and 2004.
