Roman Schoenbichler

Roman Schoenbichler is an experienced composer, sound designer, and audio producer, currently working at Big Sync Music since March 2023 and at FunPlus since May 2020. With a career spanning from 2004 to the present at Upperception Sounds, Roman specializes in producing premium audio for brands. Additional roles include composer and music producer at RipCue Music GmbH since February 2018, freelance journalist for Westpoint Magazin since January 2013, and freelance copywriter at CarbonSports GmbH from April 2015 to February 2020. Roman also served as an external lecturer at WIFI Tirol from 2007 to 2018, teaching sound design and media theory/history. Early career work includes a position as assistant mastering supervisor at Sony DADC in 2003. Roman holds a Diplom Ingenieur, Master of Arts in Multi Media Art with an audio major from Fachhochschule Salzburg and completed Matura/Abitur at BORG Innsbruck.
