Divanna Cedeño has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2013, they were a Marketing, Digital/Social Media Intern for the Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company and a Korea Leadership Center. In 2012, they were a Researcher for the Dominican Studies Institute of the City College of New York, where they evaluated hundreds of sources and assisted in the creation of a citation collection for Oxford Review, founded a new study about commercial, business minded Dominicans and the business relationship between the Dominican Republic and the United States, and worked on an annotation project for the Oxford press and a special project on the financial footprint of the first Dominican immigrants in the USA. In 2014, they were a Microfinance and Financial Literacy Consultant for Expand Peru. From 2015-2018, they worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Trade Marketing Manager - Mexican Imports + Flavored Malt Beverages, District Sales Manager, and Sales Development Program. In 2019, they were an International Sales Manager - Americas for Creamy Creation. In 2021, they became a Partnership Director for Big Think, where they are disrupting the traditional market of bland and generic training content by providing a highly-curated library of expert led, L&D-designed lessons that enable transformation and drive culture by focusing on developing mindsets and behaviors instead of skills.

Divanna Cedeño has a diverse educational background. Divanna obtained a BSE from The Wharton School in Social Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. Divanna also studied East Asian Studies at Seoul National University, International Business at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Modern and Ballet Dance Major at High Technical High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance in February 2017, Leading@ABI from Anheuser-Busch, Managing@ABI from Anheuser-Busch, and White Belt Certification from Anheuser-Busch.
