Sheikh Saleh, known as Sal, has a comprehensive background in the hospitality and beverage industry, demonstrating extensive experience as both an owner and manager. Currently serving as the owner of SDZS Enterprise since April 2020 and as the lead bartender for Big Time Restaurant Group since July 2021, Sheikh Saleh has also held pivotal roles such as beverage director/mixologist at Farmer's Table and The Pennsy, as well as bar manager at Cajun Sea. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at TGI Fridays, where various positions were held including head bartender and restaurant and bar manager, alongside ownership of Ground Round from March 2002 to September 2010. This wealth of experience is supported by an education in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Dhaka College.
