Tilton Little

Tilton Little is an experienced executive in the life sciences communication sector, currently serving as CEO of BigBio Communications since April 2014, where the focus is on producing publications relevant to the field. Concurrently, Tilton holds the position of Executive Director and Publisher at Big4Bio, a leading aggregator of news related to the "Big 4" in biosciences: drugs, devices, diagnostics, and digital. Previously, from January 2006 to February 2014, Tilton was the Publisher of BayBiotech Review, which served as a key information source for biotechnology in the Bay Area. Additional experience includes the role of Director at The Squat Pen from 2002 to 2013, providing a range of communication services to notable clients like Google and Bayer. Tilton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
