Aliona Starih has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Aliona started their career at Moldcell, TeliaSonera Group, where they worked as a Marketing Specialist from 2008 to 2013. Their responsibilities included managing product portfolios, developing roadmaps, and monitoring existing products and services.

In 2014, they joined Big Bang ERP as an Accounting Clerk and later became an Administrative Assistant. Aliona worked with Salesforce CRM, Rootstock, ServiceNow, FinancialForce, and NetSuite ERP systems to optimize businesses' operations. Their responsibilities included assisting with administrative management, conducting research, and preparing papers for executives and committees.

In 2016, Aliona returned to Big Bang ERP as a Director of Finance. Aliona was responsible for aligning and optimizing technologies and helping businesses achieve growth. Aliona worked on digital strategy planning, deploying business solutions, and creating organizational alignment. Aliona also collaborated with partners such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, and Hubspot.

Throughout their career, Aliona Starih has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, project management, and marketing.

Aliona Starih began their education in 2003, attending Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics and Informatics in 2007. Aliona pursued further studies at the same institution and earned a Certificate in Accounting in 2008. In 2014, Aliona enrolled at HEC Montréal and completed a Certificate in Access to the Accounting Profession - CPA in 2018. Continuing their education at HEC Montréal, they obtained a Master's degree - Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Professional accounting - CPA in 2021. In addition to their formal education, they received several certifications, including NetSuite Certified Administrator, NetSuite Certified Financial User, and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation in September 2017.
