Neelam Ahluwalia has extensive experience in Learning and Development, having held significant roles including Vice President of L&D at bigbasket.com, Associate Director of Training at Flipkart, and Manager of L&D at both Narayana Health and Max Healthcare. Neelam holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Accountancy and Commerce from Delhi University, as well as a Master's degree in Psychology.
