Piu Paul

Piu Paul has extensive experience in human resources, currently holding a position at bigbasket since August 2025. Prior to this role, Piu worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at ManpowerGroup from January 2023 to July 2025, focusing on onboarding, attendance management, reimbursement processes, CLRA audits, employee engagement, and Management Information System (MIS) tasks. Piu also served as a Process Associate at Capgemini in 2022 and as an Executive- HRP at Genius Consultants Limited from August 2018 to January 2022. Early career experience includes a summer internship at DDB Mudra Group in 2016. Piu holds a degree from Surendranath College and attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute Of Management Science from 2015 to 2017, as well as DumDum Girls' High School from 2011 to 2014.
