Vinay Gupta

Vinay Gupta is an experienced professional in retail management, currently serving as City Head at bigbasket.com since September 2022 and as Retail Operations Manager at Shoppers Stop since February 2019. At Shoppers Stop, Vinay oversees various retail operations, focusing on sales achievement, team and inventory management, product display, and customer service. Vinay has been with Shoppers Stop Ltd. since May 2014 as a Department Manager, where responsibilities include similar operational and managerial tasks.
