Jessica Marquez, PMP, is a seasoned Senior IT Project and Program Manager with extensive experience in project management across various industries. Currently at BigBear.ai since April 2022, Jessica previously held significant roles including Senior Project Manager at 3-GIS, where over 81 projects in the Telecom and Utilities sectors were profitably managed, and Senior Portfolio Manager and Project Manager at Strata-Form, leading numerous product development and procurement initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles as Regional Program Manager at Surge Staffing, Executive Program Director at Rancho Viejo, and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Tequila Night Club.
