Kyle Kester

Kyle Kester, PE has diverse work experience across various industries. Kyle started their career as a Process/Industrial Engineer at Estee Lauder, where they managed labor costs and conducted capacity analysis using ProModel Simulation software. At Lowe's Home Improvement, Kyle held various roles including Regional Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Planning Manager, where they oversaw financials, managed teams, and implemented labor standards. Kyle then joined ProModel Corporation, initially as a Senior Consultant & Project Manager, and later as the Regional Director and Vice President - Healthcare Solutions. In these roles, they helped customers identify their needs and implemented simulation solutions. Most recently, Kyle joined BigBear.ai as the Principal Business Development, focusing on serving the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries and driving strategic initiatives to achieve revenue expansion and customer satisfaction.

Kyle Kester, PE completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University in the years 1998-2002. Prior to that, they attended Tamaqua Area High School from 1995 to 1998. Kyle also obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality in the year 2014.
