Latif Abdul, PhD, CISSP, PMP is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in cloud architecture, IT management, and project management. Latif currently serves as a Principal Cloud Architect at BigBear.ai, where they lead the development of a machine learning-based predictive analytics system for military and intelligence analysts. In this role, they leverage AWS Elastic Container Systems and Spring Cloud to build middleware APIs and utilizes large PostgreSQL and Elastic Search-based data backends.

Latif Abdul, PhD, CISSP, PMP has a diverse education history. Latif obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Science (MS) in Finance and Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University between 1983 and 1989. In 2004, they earned a PhD in Management Information Systems from LaCrosse University. Additionally, they completed an Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management in 2018.

To further enhance their skills, Latif Abdul pursued a Data Science Professional Certificate from Harvard University in 2019. Latif then continued their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Data Science and Big Data Analytics: Making Data-Driven Decisions.
