Alexis Barreaux

Alexis Barreaux is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Bigblue since August 2025. Previously, Alexis worked at Greenly, a Certified B Corp, from November 2023 to July 2025, focusing on the development and maintenance of data ingestion pipelines for financial and physical data, utilizing Node Typescript and FastApi Python, along with AWS S3 and PostgreSQL. Significant contributions included technical leadership on various projects, financial data management, freight data ingestion, and performance monitoring using Datadog. Prior roles included a research internship at SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM, where work involved electric systems for a renewable energy data center, and back-end and full-stack development positions at CodaBene and carbometrix, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Operational Research from the Institut Polytechnique de Paris and an engineering degree in Computer Science from Télécom Paris.
