Damien Leroux

Damien Leroux has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Damien started their career at Eko Software as a Junior C++ Developer, where they focused on game development and implemented gameplay solutions and design elements. Damien also worked on automating graphical generation using Photoshop scripts and developed engine components.

Later, Damien joined Mphasis Wyde as a Software Engineer and then as a Lead Full Stack Developer. In these roles, they developed multilingual management tools, implemented business services, and created web components. Damien also established assurance processes for frontend web development in insurance domains.

Damien then moved to EVENIUM Inc, where they served as a Lead Full Stack Developer. Here, they worked on the migration of the ticketing frontend from JSF to ReactJS, developed APIs related to ticketing processes, and redesigned the ticketing system using ReactJS and NodeJS. Damien also created interfaces for refunding orders, participants, and tickets.

After that, Damien joined Frichti as a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer and later became the CTO. Their responsibilities included improving the recruitment strategy to expand the technical team and addressing various challenges to achieve excellence. Damien played a key role in recruiting technical experts and ensuring smooth functioning of the tech team.

Currently, Damien Leroux works as a Senior Software Engineer at Bigblue. Damien designs cutting-edge solutions using technologies such as GCP, Protobuf, Go, FoundationDB, TS, and React. Their focus is on helping independent brands fight against the dominance of Amazon in e-commerce by providing a scalable fulfillment solution.

Throughout their career, Damien has demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, technical leadership, project management, and problem-solving.

Damien Leroux completed their education from 2006 to 2011 at ESGI, where they earned a Master's degree in Expert Engineering in Computer Science and Information Systems. Damien specialized in the field of Computer Science during their studies at the school.
