Zaeem Arshad

Zaeem Arshad is a seasoned infrastructure engineer with extensive experience in cloud solutions and site reliability. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Infrastructure Engineer at BigCommerce since July 2018, Zaeem has also held roles such as Staff Engineer and Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the same organization. Prior to BigCommerce, Zaeem worked at Expert360 as a Site Reliability Engineer and served as Division Head at RapidCompute, where Zaeem contributed as the technical architect of Pakistan's first IaaS cloud solution. Zaeem's career also includes key positions at Cybernet, where contributions were made as Manager of the Enterprise Services Group and Manager of NOC, as well as earlier roles at various companies focusing on systems engineering. Zaeem holds an MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila, and a BSIT from Allama Iqbal Open University.
