Michaela Kuskie

Michaela Kuskie is an experienced professional in the fields of food safety and quality, as well as health policy and management. Currently serving as FS&Q Specialist II at Bigelow Tea since June 2020, Michaela leads product quality training for operators and mechanics and oversees plant trials and qualifications. Previous roles at Bigelow Tea include FS&Q Specialist I and Alternate SQF Practitioner, focusing on quality inspections and food safety standards. Prior experience includes serving as an Academy Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, where Michaela engaged in public policy analysis, and in various healthcare roles such as Emergency Department Scribe at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and Family Physician's Scribe at St. Luke's Health System. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Boise State University, an Associate's degree in Theology from Boise Harvest College, and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Healthcare Management at Regent University.
