Erin Nicolle

Erin Nicolle is the current Director of Product Management at Bigeye. Erin has also previously worked as a Senior Product Manager at Collective Health, where they drove 20% year over year increases in end to end product funnel conversion, resulting in user acquisition and revenue increases. Additionally, they increased automation percentage from 40% to 72% of total funnel volume - a process which saved roughly 3 FTE, reducing unit cost. Nicolle is also a scalability expert focused in handling seasonal volume spikes and reducing cost per consumer served. At Stride Health, they lead engineering, operations, and product teams to grow our primary line of business. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Innovation Associate at Epocrates, Inc.

Erin Nicolle graduated from Tufts University with a degree in International Relations and Computer Science, as well as a minor in Chinese. Erin then went on to study at Beijing Foreign Studies University. Prior to that, they attended Acton Boxborough HS.

Erin Nicolle reports to Kyle Kirwan, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Barrett Summerlin - Chief Of Staff, Kaitlyn Gaudio - Director of Demand Generation, and Kit Wetzler - VP of Sales. Some direct reports include Kate Wendell - Senior Product Manager, Jon Hsieh - Product Manager, and David Andersen - Product Manager.
