Alex Ward has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Alex is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Bigfoot since January 2021. Alex also served as the Director of New Digital Business at Jawbone in 2014. Alex Ward worked as an Advisor at CardSpring, which was later acquired by Twitter, and as a Vice President at CardSpring from 2013 to 2014. Before that, they were the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Electronic Arts from 2008 to 2013. During their MBA, they worked as a Consultant for Tula Foods and as an MBA Summer Intern in Product Marketing at Electronic Arts. Alex began their career as a Manager of Brand & Business Development at Brand Sense Partners and as a Media Strategist at OMD, Omnicom Group.
Alex Ward completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Continuing their educational journey, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Marketing Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Alex attended this institution from 2006 to 2008.
