Bob Fish

Bob Fish is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the Co-CEO and Founder of BIGGBY COFFEE since March 1995, Bob has played a crucial role in the brand's development and growth. Prior to this, Bob owned and managed Flap Jack Restaurants from October 1984 to December 1993, and served as General Manager at Big Boy in 1982-1983. Bob Fish holds a Hospitality degree from Michigan State University, where education was completed from 1981 to 1989, and has a strong international background, having attended the American School in London and the American School of Paris.
