Taylor Patyi has developed a strong background in customer service and management through various roles in the food and retail industries. Currently serving as a Manager and previously as a Shift Leader at BIGGBY COFFEE since April 2021, Taylor showcases leadership skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively. Experience as a Retail Sales Associate at Hobby Lobby involved direct customer service and store maintenance duties. Prior experience as a Barista and Shift Leader at BIGGBY COFFEE included food and beverage preparation along with active customer engagement. Additionally, Taylor held a position as a Customer Service Agent at Insurance Marketing Corporation. An educational background in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Youth and Society was completed at Michigan State University from 2017 to 2020.
