Kevin McGuire

Oftentimes the challenges inhibiting a SaaS company’s ability to deliver a quality product in a repeatable fashion lie in the intersection of product definition, processes, and architecture. Kevin’s unique combination of technical, product management, and people management/coaching skills provide him a macroscopic view across the larger landscape of product definition through to development and delivery. His extensive industry experience (AWS, New Relic, Microsoft, IBM) brings real-world experience to the problems of helping SaaS organizations to be more effective at shipping the right product at the right time through all phases of company growth including hypergrowth and profitability.

Kevin has managed mid-sized organizations (50-60) of managers and technical leaders at AWS, opened and ran the New Relic Seattle office from startup through to post-IPO, and expresses his entrepreneurial drive through building and running a cash flow positive multimillion-dollar international real estate portfolio.

His technical engineering includes SaaS, cloud, microservices, serverless infrastructure, e-commerce, and fintech; product management includes partner ecosystems, system monitoring, and ETL.
